If your child isn’t taken with it, you get your money back
For thirty days from your first payment you can ask for a refund from your billing page: the letters stop that day, you post back all the cards and any unused stickers and envelope seals to arrive within thirty days, and we refund your first payment in full when the parcel is in our hands. Keep the service record.
How it works
- 1
Ask within thirty days
You have thirty days from your first payment, whatever your family has printed, sent back or opened in that time. The adult who paid presses one button on their billing page in the app.
- 2
The letters stop that day
So does the subscription — nothing more is charged. An email explains what to send back and where.
- 3
Post the parcel back
All the cards, and any unused stickers and envelope seals, at your own postage, to PO Box 999, Pukekohe 2340, New Zealand — to arrive within thirty days of asking. Keep the service record: it is your child’s.
- 4
Your first payment comes back
When the parcel is in our hands we refund your first payment in full — a month or a quarter, whichever you chose — to the card that made it.
Why the parcel goes out at once
The welcome kit — the first cards, the service record, the stickers and the seals — is the reason to subscribe, and the first letter reads best with it in hand. So it is packed as soon as you have paid, and the guarantee follows it back rather than holding it until you are sure.
The small print
- The guarantee is offered once per recruit. If you take the refund and later subscribe again for the same child, the letters pick up where they stopped, and that second first period is not refundable.
- If the parcel does not reach us within the thirty days, the subscription stays stopped and nothing is refunded.
- The guarantee is for the first month of your agent’s first subscription only, not for any additional purchases.
- Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
The binding version is section 7 of the terms.
